Raw Feeding 101 provides courses and personalised feeding services. To request a cancellation or refund, email inbox@rawfeeding101.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Bootcamp
You can request a refund before you start the course. Refunds are not available once you have started the course.
Custom meal plans
You can cancel and request a refund before recipe preparation begins. Once recipe preparation has begun, the service is non-refundable, including when the completed recipes have not yet been delivered.
One-to-one programs
Refunds are not available once your first one-to-one meeting has been scheduled.
Existing purchases and offer-specific terms
This update does not change the refund terms provided when you purchased. Any specific refund terms or guarantee included in your original offer continue to apply.

Refund processing
We will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not appeared, contact inbox@rawfeeding101.com.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
